چکیده
Macauba [Acrocomia aculeata (Jacq.) Lodd. ex Mart.], a palm tree native to Brazil, has high potential as an alternative source for vegetal oil production. It several applications in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food industries, production of biofuels. The conservation characterization its germplasm are essential progress genetic improvement. In this sense, study divergence was carried out based on predicted values 88 accessions form Active Germplasm Bank EMBRAPA (Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation). Seven morpho-agronomic characters were observed. obtained dendrogram generated seven groups. There tendency group according geographic origin. graphical dispersion accession scores plotted two-dimensional space showed pattern correlated clusters observed dendrogram. first two principal components (PC1 PC2) explained 70.4% total divergence. most important traits associated with PC1 PC2 number fruit bunches volume, respectively. application mixed models useful structuring germplasm. is crucial assist choice parents aiming selection recombinant individuals superior performance segregating generations.

Genetic diversity in ex-situ conserved sorghum accessions of Botswana as estimated by microsatellite markers
Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were used to characterize genetic diversity in 30 sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] accessions conserved in the national gene bank of Botswana. This collection represents the three sorghum-growing agro-ecological zones in the country. Ten microsatellite primer pairs were used, and these generated a total of 53 alleles with three to seventeen alleles per ...
متن کاملFabrication of Ti3SiC2-SiC max phase composites via in-situ and ex-situ synthesis
Recently, a series of three-component compounds with the combination of Mn+1AXn known as Max phases have been considered as a new material. One of the most important features of Max phases, is the self-healing property of them. The main reason for considering Max Phases is a unique collection of unusual properties including their metallic, ceramic, physical, and mechanical properties. One of th...

Macaúba (Acrocomia aculeata) is a palm of economic importance, widely distributed in natural forests from Mexico to Uruguay. We analyzed the genetic diversity of populations of macaúba (A. aculeata) in the northern region of the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Young leaves from 10 macaúba individuals encompassing 49 genotypes of macaúba were collected from Montes Claros, Itacambira, Brasíli...
متن کاملThe genetic structure and mating system of Acrocomia aculeata (Arecaceae)
Acrocomia aculeata is a perennial, fruit-producing palm tree, native to tropical forests. Its fruits have spurred interest because of their significant potential for use in the cosmetic industry and as feedstock for biofuel. In the present study, the genetic structure and mating system in Acrocomia aculeata were analyzed, using eight nuclear micro-satellite loci and samples from São Paulo and M...
متن کاملGenetic diversity and conservation of native populations of Maytenus Ilicifolia Mart. ex Reiss.
The aim of this work was to analyze genetic variability in 18 populations of Maytenus ilicifolia, and representatives of Maytenus aquifolia and Maytenus evonymoidis, collected in the states of Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, using RAPD molecular markers. Considering total samples of the three species, 263 amplified fragments were identified, of which 72.2% show...
